The purpose of Calvary Baptist Church is to bring glory to God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who worship God, build each other and win unbelievers to Christ. |

| The three directions of this biblically balanced ministry is visibly portrayed in the logo of our church. |
|
The worship of God, (reaching upward) occurs through individual and corporate prayer, praise, obedience to God's word, stewardship and the practice of the Ordinances of Baptism and Communion. |
| The building of each other (reaching inward) occurs through Bible teaching and preaching, encouragement and correction, fellowship and caring, and equipping for life and service. |

The winning of unbelievers to Christ (reaching
outward) occurs as we individually and corporately witness through life,
deed and word, the character and message of Jesus Christ. This
occurs both locally in the Arnprior area and through the support of
missionary work both nationally and
internationally. |
